Light snow means we can't take water to the bank By: Alisha Semchuck PALMDALE - A light snowfall in the Northern Sierra means that, for now at least, the Antelope Valley won't get some of the water surplus which area water officials expected. Surplus water supplies that the Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency counted on are gone, like water rushing out the tub drain.
